What You Can Do to Support Peace
What is needed now is a permanent group of 8000
people practicing the peace technologies of the TM and TM-Sidhi
programs in the United States. 8000 is the square root of one
percent of the worlds population and that number will create
an influence of peace and harmony radiating from the U.S. to all
peoples of all lands.
Fairfield,
Iowa, and its neighboring sister city Maharishi
Vedic City are the homes of approximately 1,500 individuals
dedicated to using the TM and TM-Sidhi programs every day to create
a peaceful and more secure world.
Over 20,000 people already trained in these technologies
live in the U.S. and more people can be trained, as well. Resources
are needed to gather together and sustain in one place a minimum
of 8000 practitioners of this peace technology. There are 8000 practitioners
who would be full time peacemakers if the funds were
available. Its time to support this specialized group devoted
to creating peace immediately!
8000 NOW is a group of individuals
from Fairfield and Maharishi Vedic City who are working toward creating
world peace by establishing a permanent group of 8000 people implementing
these peace technologies on a daily basis. We need your help to
make this a reality!
The Bush Administration and many members of Congress
have been lobbied to support a group of 8000 practitioners in the
U.S. as well as a large group of practitioners in India who are
trained to perform other peace technologies, as well. (link to http://permanentpeace.org/implementation.html
) It costs less to support and sustain this peaceful solution permanently
than it does for a single B-2 bomber. While there has been some
receptivity from some members of Congress, the overall response
has been not now.
Therefore, it is up to us, all the peace loving people
in the world, to create and support a group of 8000 people practicing
these peace technologies of the TM and TM-Sidhi programs in the
U.S. to avert any present or future wars and acts of terrorism and
to guarantee the well being and happiness of each and every person
in our country and the world.
